Monthly Dinner Meeting – House Rules

The SDAYC Board is looking forward to streamlining the monthly meetings and hope each club representative will follow these house rules -

1. Clubs are asked to only introduce the Flag officers in attendance and have other club members in attendance stand -holding applause to the end.

2. Club Report criteria: to meet the SDAYC purpose as outlined in the Bylaws, please keep reports to:

   1. Racing/angling/cruising report

   2. Upcoming calendar events to encourage group participation in inter-club, local, regional, national & international competition.

   3. Community or fundraising events

   4. Items that may impact fellow clubs
